Gameplay Overview
What is Townfall?
Townfall is a city-building survival game centered around a dynamic moving world.
The goal in Townfall is to ensure that your town survives for as long as possible while the world around it changes and evolves.
Your town starts out in the middle of an island floating within an endless abyss. As time progresses new areas will appear, granting access to more resources and space to build in. Old areas will disappear some time after new areas have appeared, taking with them any structures that were built on them. In order to survive you must expand your town alongside the moving world before it is too late.
The survival of your town is reliant on three key things: happiness, population, and structures. If any of them reaches zero, it's game over! To keep your population happy and healthy you must gather food and water from the surrounding world. You can do so by building structures, for which you will need wood and stone.
But beware! The world of Townfall can be treacherous and you must keep a keen eye out for various hurdles that the world may throw at you.
