Saya: Filling the Gap Between Bolt and DHL for Affordable On-Demand Heavy Goods Delivery

Saya is an Estonian logistics startup solving a gap no existing platform covers: heavy goods delivery that is on-demand, affordable, and available on weekends.

Too big for Bolt. Too small for DHL. Too expensive on weekends. Saya fills the gap.

THE PROBLEM: THREE SIDES

Customers cannot find affordable same-day delivery for large items. They end up calling a "friend of a friend" with a big enough car who is free on a Saturday.

Retail stores (K-Rauta, IKEA, Bauhof) have vans sitting idle because 60€+ fixed delivery fees lose customers, and their transport partners only work on weekdays.

Independent drivers and small carriers want steady work but have no platform to find clients.

OUR SOLUTION

Saya is a three-sided on-demand marketplace that connects all three parties in real time. Customers post a shipment, nearby carriers receive the request, submit offers, and the best match is selected through an automated scoring system available any day of the week.
